Frank Egg Scramble
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1⁄2 Medium, sliced and separated into rings|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Medium, cut in 1/4 inch-wide strips|
|Eggs||6 Small, beaten|
Slice franks diagonally into 1/2-inch-wide pieces.
In skillet brown the franks.
Remove from heat; push to one side.
Stir in sugar and soy.
Cook, covered, till vegetables are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
Pour eggs over.
Cook and stir till eggs are set.
