Pepperoni Stuffed Scallops

Ingredients
  Sea scallops 1⁄2 Pound (12 In Number)
  Pepperoni slices 6 , cut in half (1 1/2 Inch Thin)
  Garlic melba cracker rounds 6 , finely crushed
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Cut a lengthwise slit in center of each scallop, but do not cut completely through.
Stuff each scallops with pepperoni half.
Arrange scallops in circular pattern on paper towel-lined plate.
Set aside.
