Make Ahead Fruit Salad
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Fruit syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (From Pineapple Or Other Fruit)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Fruit||5 Cup (80 tbs) (Blueberries, Melon Balls, Banana Chunks, Apple Pieces, Grapes, Pear Cubes Or Orange Segments)|
|Drained pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Crushed, Chunk Or Tidbits)|
|Miniature marshmallows/Cut up large marshmallows||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Whipping cream/1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
In large bowl, combine egg, sugar, fruit syrup and lemon juice.
Cook uncovered, 45 seconds or until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Add fruit, pineapple, marshmallows and whipped cream.
Fold together just until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
