Country Style Scrambled Eggs

  Bacon strips 8 , diced
  Red potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Eggs 8
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove with a slotted spoon.
In the drippings, cook and stir potatoes over medium heat for 12 minutes or until tender.
Add onion and green pepper; cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
Stir in bacon.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour into skillet.
Cook and stir gently until the eggs are set.
Sprinkle with cheese and let stand until melted.
