White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
  Minced fresh chili pepper 2 Tablespoon (Serrano / Jalapeno)
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Pound, peeled and chopped (1 In Number)
  Ground chicken 1 Pound
  Canned white beans 15 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can, Small Ones)
  Nonfat milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned cream style corn 30 Ounce (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)
  Ground chili 2 (Ground California / New Mexico)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. In a 4- to 5-quart nonstick pan over high heat, stir serrano chilies, cumin, onion, and chicken until meat is crumbled and onion is limp, about 8 minutes.
2. Add beans, milk, and corn. Stir just until hot, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Ladle into wide bowls. Sprinkle with ground chili and season with salt to taste.
