White Chicken Chili
|Minced fresh chili pepper||2 Tablespoon (Serrano / Jalapeno)|
|Ground cumin||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1⁄2 Pound, peeled and chopped (1 In Number)|
|Ground chicken||1 Pound|
|Canned white beans||15 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can, Small Ones)|
|Nonfat milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned cream style corn||30 Ounce (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)|
|Ground chili||2 (Ground California / New Mexico)|
1. In a 4- to 5-quart nonstick pan over high heat, stir serrano chilies, cumin, onion, and chicken until meat is crumbled and onion is limp, about 8 minutes.
2. Add beans, milk, and corn. Stir just until hot, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Ladle into wide bowls. Sprinkle with ground chili and season with salt to taste.
