Make Ahead Fruit Salad
2 tablespoons sugar
1/5 cup fruit syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
5 cups fresh fruit (blueberries, melon balls, banana chunks, apple pieces, grapes, pear cubes or orange segments)
1 cup drained pineapple
2 cups miniature or cut up large ma
In large bowl, combine egg, sugar, fruit syrup and lemon juice.
Cook, uncovered, 45 seconds or until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Add fruit, pineapple, marshmallows and whipped cream.
Fold together just until well mixed.
