Shrimp Scrambled Eggs
|Condensed cream of shrimp soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned mushroom pieces||4 Ounce, drained|
|Canned shrimp||3 1⁄2 Ounce, drained|
|Chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
1. Blend all ingredients in a 2-quart glass casserole and beat to blend well.
2. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 7) for 6 1/2 to 8 minutes, or until nearly set, stirring every minute. Stir at the end of cooking time, then let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
