Creamy Scrambled Eggs With Pepper
|Light cream/Milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Pepper grains||To Taste|
Melt butter in a bowl on high 15 seconds.
Beat remaining ingredients until well-blended.
Pour egg mixture into bowl.
Cook, covered with plastic wrap or a saucer, on medium for 1 minute.
Cook, covered on medium an additional 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Stop cooking eggs when they are slightly softer than desired, as they will continue to cook after they are removed from the Microwave oven.
Allow to stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
