Company Scrambled Eggs
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Put milk, eggs, salt, and pepper into blender container.
Cover; blend at low speed just until thoroughly mixed.
Melt butter in large skillet over low heat.
Add egg mixture; cook over low heat, stirring gently, until eggs begin to set.
Stir in Medium White Sauce.
Cook, stirring gently, until of desired consistency.
