Scrambled Eggs With Fish
|Melted butter||1 Teaspoon|
|Fish||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Canned Tuna, Salmon Or Crab)|
|Eggs||6 , beaten|
Heat butter in saucepan.
Drain fish, remove skin and bones; break fish into small pieces.
Saute- in butter.
With a fork beat together eggs, water, pepper and salt; add the butter cut into small pieces.
Pour over fish and stir slowly with a wooden spoon, scraping the sides and bottom of the pan.
When eggs are cooked, but still creamy, serve on buttered toast with bacon slices.
