|Diced chicken||375 Milliliter (Raw, 1.5 Cup, Dark Meat Preferably)|
|White beans||750 Milliliter, soaked in water overnight (3 Cups)|
|Crushed chilies||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Allspice||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Banana peppers||2 (Hot)|
|Hot chicken stock||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place butter, onion, celery, leek, salt and pepper in casserole.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes.
Mix well and add raw chicken, beans (with liquid), seasonings and banana peppers.
Pour in enough hot chicken stock to cover by 2 in (5 cm).
Cover casserole and microwave 75 minutes.
Stir at least 2 or 3 times.
