Scrambled Eggs With Sausage
|Oil||10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoons)|
|Butter||5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)|
|Sausages||6 , cut into bite-size pieces|
|French shallot||1 , chopped (Dry)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely sliced|
|Chervil||1⁄2 Teaspoon (1/2 Teaspoon)|
– In a skillet, heat oil and melt butter. Saute sausages until lightly browned. Add shallot and garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
– Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Pour over sausage mixture. Season with salt and pepper, Cook over medium heat, stirring from time to time. Sprinkle with chervil and serve.
