Scrambled Eggs With Sausage

Ingredients
  Oil 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoons)
  Butter 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Sausages 6 , cut into bite-size pieces
  French shallot 1 , chopped (Dry)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely sliced
  Eggs 6
  Chervil 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a skillet, heat oil and melt butter. Saute sausages until lightly browned. Add shallot and garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
–  Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Pour over sausage mixture. Season with salt and pepper, Cook over medium heat, stirring from time to time. Sprinkle with chervil and serve.
