Romantic Dinner Trio
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

|Corn flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Herbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.Chop the carrots, onions, potatoes , brocoli and cauliflower.
2.Pour the oil into a pan.
3.Add Cashew nuts and fry them untill they are light brown.
4.Add raisins and dates to the pan.
5.Add the orange skin along with the saffron. Mix well
6.Now pour 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
7.Now gently add the rice into it.
8.In the mean time you can prepare your side dish of marinade chicken wings by marinating them well in all the sauces and baking in the oven for 40 mins.
9.Now close the lid and let it cook on slow fire for about 20 mins.
10.Steam all your veggies for 10 mins and then prepare your sauce.
11.Put the eggs in 3 cms of water.
12.Transfer the half cooked egg mix to double boiler and add the herbs to it.
13.Add the parmesan cheese and maregrine.
14.Lastly add the corn flour and whisk on low heat until it gets thick and creamy.
15.Serve the dinner, while you make sure to light candles.
