Scrambled Eggs With Spinach

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Bacon slices 8 , cut into bite size pieces
  Eggs 6
  Butter 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Spinach 250 Milliliter, stemmed, finely shredded (1 Cup)
  Chopped chives 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Pink peppercorns 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a skillet, heat oil and fry bacon.
–  Meanwhile, beat eggs in a bowl.
–  When bacon is almost crisp, remove excess fat from skillet. Melt butter and pour eggs into skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring from time to time.
–  Halfway through cooking process, drop shredded spinach and chives into egg mixture and season with salt and pepper. Decorate with pink peppercorns.
