Scrambled Eggs With Spinach
|Oil||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Bacon slices||8 , cut into bite size pieces|
|Butter||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Spinach||250 Milliliter, stemmed, finely shredded (1 Cup)|
|Chopped chives||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Pink peppercorns||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
– In a skillet, heat oil and fry bacon.
– Meanwhile, beat eggs in a bowl.
– When bacon is almost crisp, remove excess fat from skillet. Melt butter and pour eggs into skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring from time to time.
– Halfway through cooking process, drop shredded spinach and chives into egg mixture and season with salt and pepper. Decorate with pink peppercorns.
