Broiled Pepperoni Bites
|Thinly sliced pepperoni||3 Ounce, sliced (1 Package)|
|French bread slice||15 (Cut 1/4 Inch Thick)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Minced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
Arrange bread slices on foil-lined 15 x 10 inch jelly-roll pan.
Broil bread about 4 inches from heat until lightly toasted.
Sprinkle half the cheese and half the onion evenly on bread slices; top with pepperoni.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onion evenly over pepperoni.
Broil 1 minute or until cheese melts.
