Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Margarine/Butter 1 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Toast slice 4
  Milk 6 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Beat the eggs enough to mix them well and add the milk and seasoning.
Melt the fat in a small saucepan, but do not allow it to become hot.
Add the eggs and cook over a very low heat or over hot water.
Do not stir the eggs more than is necessary to keep them from sticking to the pan, because stirring makes them granular instead of letting them set in large, creamy clots.
