Great Scrambled Eggs
|Milk/Cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Beat eggs; mix in milk.
2. Melt butter in a 1-quart glass casserole in microwave oven (about 30 seconds at High). Pour egg mixture into dish. Cook uncovered
3 minutes at High, or until almost set; stir after 2 minutes.
3. Remove from oven; stir and let stand covered a few minutes before serving. Season to taste.
