  Bread slice 6
  Cucumber 1 Small, cut into paper thin slices without peeling dipped for 30 minutes in 1/2 cup vinegar to which 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon salt has been mixed
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Orange 1
  Cherries 6 (Fresh Or Tinned)
  Cheese spread 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Enough To Spread)
  Ground roasted cumin/Crushed pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chaat masala To Taste

Toast bread slices till crisp.
Cut each slice into fancy shapes with a biscuit cutter or cut sides and then into 2 rectangles.
Spread cheese spread generously.
Sprinkle some bhuna jeera or pepper.
Place a pickled cucumber slice.
Cut an orange segment into half (keeping the bottom intact) to open it.
Cut into half and place it on the side of kheera and top with a cherry.
Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve.
