Butterscotch Fudge Boiled Icing
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Icing sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a saucepan, mix together butter, brown sugar and milk; stir over medium heat for 1 minute; boil for 2 minutes more.
Add the icing sugar; bring to boil again; pour quickly over baked cake.
Superb over banana cake Or, for a difference, pour into shallow dish, cool slightly, cut in squares and refrigerate for butterscotch fudge.
