Fudge Treats

Fudge treats are baked chocolate desserts made with sour cream, eggs and flavored with vanilla. Combined together with flour and sugar, the fudge trats can be sprinkled with nuts before baking and with sugar after it comes out of the oven.
Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  No melt chocolate 2 Ounce (2 envelopes)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine above ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
Spread in greased pan.
Over all sprinkle 1 cup (6 ounces) small semisweet chocolate pieces and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until it springs back when touched lightly in center.
Cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
