Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate 4 Ounce
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place chocolate in a 4 cup glass measure.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes or until melted.
Stir well, then gradually stir in 1/2 cup of the milk, sugar, and salt.
Microwave, covered with wax paper, on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes (stirring every minute) or until bubbly and thickened.
Stir in vanilla.
For thinner sauce, stir in 1 to 3 more tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until sauce reaches desired consistency.
Serve warm.
Makes about 1 cup.
Chocolate rum sauce.
Prepare Chocolate Fudge Sauce, omitting vanilla.
Stir in 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons rum extract.
Makes about 1 cup.
Chocolate orange sauce.
Prepare Chocolate Fudge Sauce, omitting vanilla.
Stir in 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons orange extract and 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel.
Makes about 1 cup.
Chocolate peanut butter sauce.
Prepare Chocolate Fudge Sauce, stirring 1/4 cup chunk style peanut butter into melted chocolate before adding remaining ingredients.
