|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Carob powder||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped sunflower nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a small mixer bowl beat together the milk powder and butter or margarine till mixture is crumbly.
Add the carob powder, honey, and vanilla; beat till almost smooth.
Knead in sunflower nuts till fudge is shiny.
Shape mixture into two 10 inch long rolls.
Wrap in clear plastic wrap.
Chill till firm.
