White Chocolate Fudge
|Caster sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter||125 Gram, chopped|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White chocolate||200 Gram|
|White marshmallows||250 Gram (1 Packet)|
|Vanilla essence||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Toasted slivered almonds||100 Gram|
Lightly oil a lamington tin.
Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large jug.
Cook for 10 minutes on HIGH, stirring frequently.
Stir in chocolate and marshmallows.
Stir in vanilla and almonds.
Pour into prepared tin.
Refrigerate until set.
Cut into squares for serving.
