White Chocolate Fudge

This white chocolate fudge recipe is prepared with white chocolates and marshmallows. Cooked along with usgar and vanilla, the white chocolate fudge is flavored with vanilla and also has almonds in it.
Ingredients
  Caster sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 125 Gram, chopped
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White chocolate 200 Gram
  White marshmallows 250 Gram (1 Packet)
  Vanilla essence 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Toasted slivered almonds 100 Gram
Directions

1.
Lightly oil a lamington tin.
2.
Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large jug.
Cook for 10 minutes on HIGH, stirring frequently.

Stir in chocolate and marshmallows.
Mix well.
4.
Stir in vanilla and almonds.
5.
Pour into prepared tin.
Refrigerate until set.
6.
Cut into squares for serving.
