|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cocoa||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Broken walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1 Lightly grease a large plate.
2 In a heavy-bottomed pan, add all the ingredients except the walnuts.
3 Heat gently.
4 Lower the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until the mixture thickens and reaches the softball stage.
5 Stir in the coarsely broken walnuts.
6 Pour into the prepared plate.
7 Using a spatula, smoothen the surface.
8 Allow to cool.
9 Cut into 2 inch squares and serve.
