Vanilla Fudge

Vanilla Fudge is my favorite since childhood. I love the aroma of the Vanilla Fudge and serve it often for my children's birthday parties. Try it for yourself, I am sure you will love the Vanilla Fudge!
Ingredients
  Condensed milk 450 Milliliter (1 Tin)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 125 Gram
  Maida 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Lightly grease a large plate and set aside.

MAKING
2 In a thick-bottomed pan, add all the ingredients except vanilla essence.
3 Mix well.
4 Heat the mixture until the sugar melts.
5 Lower the heat and simmer until the mixture is thick.
6 Remove from the heat.
7 Add in the vanilla essence and stir well.
8 Pour the mixture in the prepared plate.
9 Using a spatula, smoothen the surface and cool.

SERVING
10 Cut into squares and serve.
