|Condensed milk||450 Milliliter (1 Tin)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Maida||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vanilla essence||1 Teaspoon|
1 Lightly grease a large plate and set aside.
2 In a thick-bottomed pan, add all the ingredients except vanilla essence.
3 Mix well.
4 Heat the mixture until the sugar melts.
5 Lower the heat and simmer until the mixture is thick.
6 Remove from the heat.
7 Add in the vanilla essence and stir well.
8 Pour the mixture in the prepared plate.
9 Using a spatula, smoothen the surface and cool.
10 Cut into squares and serve.
