Pecan Fudge

This pecan fudge recipe is prepared with choco bits and vanilla. Cooked in the microwave along with butter, sugar, milk and syrup, the pecan fudge is flavored with vanilla and is chilled before serving.
Ingredients
  Butter 125 Gram
  Golden syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Sweetened condensed milk 400 Gram
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Choc bits 100 Gram
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1.
Combine butter, golden syrup, condensed milk and sugar together Cook for 5-7 minutes on HIGH, stirring every 2 minutes.

Stir in choc bits.
3.
Mix in pecans and vanilla.
4.
Pour into a greased and lined 28cm x 18cm lamington tin.
5.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares.
