|Butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (1 1/2 Sticks)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate||2 Ounce|
|Unsweetened chocolate||2 Ounce|
|Eggs||6 , beaten|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||3 Teaspoon|
|Chopped pecans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on Medium until chocolate melts.
Add the eggs, sugar, flour and salt; mix well.
Stir in the vanilla and pecans.
Spoon into a buttered 9x13 baking dish.
Place the baking dish in a larger baking pan.
Add water to the larger pan to a depth of 1 inch.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until the fudge tests done.
Do not overbake.
Cut into squares.
