Hot Fudge Sundae Dessert
|Vanilla wafers||12 Ounce, crushed|
|Finely chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), melted|
|Vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Gallon, softened|
|Chocolate sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, pecans, and butter, mixing well.
Press half of crumb mixture into a 13- x 9- x 2-inch dish.
Spread ice cream evenly over crust.
Press remaining crumb mixture over ice cream.
Cover and freeze until firm.
To serve, cut into squares, and top each serving with chocolate sauce.
