|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate square||4 Ounce|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Chocolate frosting||1 Tablespoon|
Combine butter and chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat.
Cook until chocolate and butter melt.
Combine sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl, beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended.
Add chocolate mixture, beat well.
Stir in flour and salt just until blended.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Pour into a greased 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 325Â° for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly.
Spread with chocolate frosting while slightly warm.
Let cool completely.
Cut into 2- x 3/4-inch bars.
