Never Fail Nutty Fudge
|Confectioner's sugar||1 Pound|
|Cocoa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (or margarine)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped|
Mix sugar and cocoa together in (10 x 8-inch) utility dish.
Drop butter onto sugar mixture in 4 or 5 pieces.
Pour in milk.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on HIGH, or until bubbly.
Thoroughly stir in nuts and vanilla so nuts are evenly distributed.
Spread fudge evenly in dish.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Cut into squares.
