Lady Kook's Country Fudge

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canadian maple syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in a medium heat pan. Add sugar to the pan. Add flour. Add cream to the pan. Add Canadian Maple Syrup. Stir well. Slow boil for about 10 minutes until it comes to the softball stage. Drop in cold water until soft balls are formed. Beat on medium speed till smooth and dull. Pour into a pan. Spread evenly. Score, cool for 30 minutes. Serve!
