Rich Chocolate Fudge
|Sugar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||14 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Semisweet chocolate chips||12 Ounce|
|Marshmallow creme||7 Ounce|
|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine sugar, milk, and butter in 4-quart micro proof bowl.
Cook on HI, 20 to 22 minutes, or until a drop of mixture dropped into cold water forms a soft ball
A small amount of syrup dropped into ice water forms a ball that does not fall apart, but flattens out when picked up.
Do not leave thermometer in oven during cooking.
Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme until mixture is well blended.
Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Pour into buttered 9-inch square dish for thick pieces or 12 x 7 x 2-inch dish for thinner pieces.
Cool before cutting into squares.
