GETTING READY
1. Grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking oil spray. Set it aside.
MAKING
2. In a heavy bottomed saucepan, add sugar, butter, and evaporated milk.
3. Place the saucepan on medium flame, and bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Stir constantly to prevent scorching. Keep stirring and let it boil for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from heat.
4. Throw marshmallow creme and mix until smooth.
5. Add walnuts and vanilla into the saucepan. Mix well.
6. Into the square pan, transfer the mixture. Place it on wire rack to cool completely.
SERVING
7. Cut into squares and serve white Christmas fudge as a snack.
TIPS
If the syrup is under-cooked then the fudge will not set so boil the mixture for 5 minutes. It should be rolling boil.
You may chill the fudge before cutting. This will make the squares look clean and crisp.
