Ingredients
  Granulated sugar/Loaf sugar 1 Pound
  Sweetened full cream condensed milk 13 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla essence/Cocoa- 2 tablespoons / chocolate powder- 3 tablespoons / coffee essence- 2 tablespoons, any of the one u wish to use 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, place all the ingredeints, keep stirring until the sugar has dissolved
2. Boil rapidly and continually, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has reached 238°F, you can check the temperature with the sugar thermometer
3. Take the pan away from the heat, and keep beating until the misture begins to thicken
4. In a greased tin, pour the mixture along with butter or oil
5. Once the mixture has set, use a sharp knife to cut the fudge into neat pieces

SERVING
6. Serve the fudge with ice-cream
