Never Fail Chocolate Fudge
|Sugar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Marshmallow fluff||7 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Vanilla extract||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Semi sweet chocolate pieces||12 Ounce|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a saucepan, mix butter, milk, sugar, marshmallow fluff, salt and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until smooth. Cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
2. Add chocolate, vanilla and mix well. Fold in the walnuts.
3. In a 9x5-inch baking pan, pour the mixture, cool at room temperature.
4. Cut into squares.
5. Serve cool.
