Marshmallow Cream Fudge
|Marshmallow creme||7 Ounce (1 jar)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||2 Cup (32 tbs) (real)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
1. In a saucepan, mix milk, butter, sugar, marshmallow cream, salt and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for about 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add chocolate morsels, vanilla and blend until melted and add nuts and fold. Keep warm
2. In a 9x13-inch baking pan, pour the mixture, cool at room temperature.
3. Cut into squares.
4. Serve cool.
