Marshmallow Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Light corn syrup/Dark corn syrup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Miniature marshmallows 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine milk, corn syrup, sugar and butter in a 2 1/2 or 3-cup microwaveable casserole.
Micro on HIGH for 12 minutes, or until mixture comes to a full rolling boil, stirring twice.
Boil to soft-ball stage (235°) on candy thermometer, stirring every 3 minutes.
Remove mixture from oven.
Stir chocolate and marshmallows into sugar mixture till well mixed.
Stir in 1/2 cup walnuts and vanilla.
Spread fudge into a well-greased 8" square pan.
Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Cool on wire rack.
Refrigerate till firm, cut into squares.
