|Icing sugar||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In quart measuring cup, stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla together until partially blended.
(Mixture is too stiff to thoroughly blend in all of the dry ingredients.) Put butter on top of ingredients in centre of dish.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes or until dish feels warm on bottom.
Stir vigorously until smooth.
Pour into waxed paper lined 8 x 4 x 3" dish.
Chill 1 hour in refrigerator.
Cut into squares.
