Chunky Macadamia Orange Fudge

Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 3⁄4
  Evaporated milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Semi sweet chocolate morsels 12 Ounce (Package)
  Marshmallow cream 7 Ounce (Jar)
  Macadamia nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange flavored liquor 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk.
Bring to full rolling boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add morsels; stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth.
Add marsh-mallow cream, nuts and liquer, beat until well blended.
Pour into foil-lined 9" x 13" pan.
Chill until firm.
