Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Light cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 3 Tablespoon
  Instant coffee crystals 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In buttered 3-quart saucepan bring first five ingredients to boil; stir constantly.
Boil without stirring to thread stage or till candy thermometer registers 234° Remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla.
Do not stir.
Cool to 110°.
Beat till fudge starts to lose its gloss, 10 minutes.
Pour into buttered 8x8x2-inch baking pan.
Cool.
Cut in squares.
