Chocolate Fudge Frosting
|Chocolate chips||6 Ounce (1 Packet, Plain)|
|Dry egg powder||30 Milliliter|
|Icing sugar||225 Gram|
1. Place the chocolate chips and butter in a bowl over a pan of hot, but not boiling, water. Stir occasionally until melted. (Alternatively melt the chocolate in a bowl in a microwave oven on DEFROST.)
2. Blend the dried egg and water to a smooth cream. When the chocolate has melted, stir in the egg mixture. Remove from the heat and add the sifted icing sugar. Beat for a few minutes.
3. Spread the icing over the top and sides of the cake and swirl with a round-ended knife. Leave to set.
