Mint Melt Away Fudge
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned evaporated milk||5 1⁄3 Ounce (1 can)|
|Semi sweet chocolate pieces||12 Ounce (1 package, 2 cups)|
|Marshmallow creme||7 Ounce (1 jar)|
|Peppermint extract||1 Teaspoon|
In 2-quart glass mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
Cook on ROAST (7) for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in chocolate pieces until melted.
Add marshmallow creme and peppermint extract, beating until well blended.
Pour into buttered baking dish.
Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
