|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||3 Tablespoon|
|Chunky peanut butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Rolled oats||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsalted peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut/Raisins / chopped dates / chopped mixed candied fruit / all||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), candied|
1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Once fully boiling, let boil 2 minutes.
2. Remove fudge mixture from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until completely combined. Then fold in oatmeal, peanuts, and any of the optional ingredients you wish.
3. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto oiled wax paper. Set aside to cool completely. When cool, remove drops from wax paper and store in a rightly covered container.
