|Honey||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carob||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unhulled sesame seeds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sunflower seeds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dates/Fruit||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat honey and peanut butter.
Quickly add carob and then all the seeds, coconut and fruit.
Pour into greased 8x8-inch pan and refrigerate to harden.
Cut into squares and keep refrigerated if possible.
