Super Fudge

Ingredients
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carob 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unhulled sesame seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sunflower seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dates/Fruit 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat honey and peanut butter.
Quickly add carob and then all the seeds, coconut and fruit.
Pour into greased 8x8-inch pan and refrigerate to harden.
Cut into squares and keep refrigerated if possible.
