Cherry Chocolate No Cook Fudge
|Semisweet chocolate chips||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||14 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Pecans||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped candied cherries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Butter 8-inch square pan; set aside.
2. Melt chocolate chips in heavy, small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in condensed milk, pecans, chopped cherries and vanilla until combined. Spread in prepared pan. Score fudge into squares with knife. Refrigerate until firm.
4. Cut into squares. Decorate with additional candied cherries, if desired.
