Double Chocolate Sundaes with Homemade Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
For sauce
  Milk chocolate chips 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Evaporated milk 5 Ounce (1 Can)
For sundaes
  Chocolate ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place chocolate chips and butter in Micro-Cooker and microwave on High 1 minute.
Stir with 10-inch Whisk.
Microwave 1 more minute.
Add evaporated milk and combine with Whisk.
Microwave 1 more minute.
Whisk until smooth.
Microwave 1 to 2 more minutes or until glossy and thick.
Set aside briefly.
Scoop chocolate ice cream into bowls or sundae glasses.
Top with warm fudge sauce and a dollop of whipped cream.
Serve immediately.
