Choc'N'Orange Fudge Bars

  Butter/Margarine 4 1⁄2 Ounce (120 Gram)
  Plain chocolate 4 1⁄2 Ounce (120 Gram)
  Caster sugar 14 Ounce (400 Gram)
  Eggs 4 , beaten (Size 3)
  Plain flour 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Orange 1 , rind grated finely
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Chopped walnuts 3 Ounce (75 Gram)
  White chocolate 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Orange zest 1 Tablespoon (For Decoration)

Grease and line an 11 in x 9 in/28 cm x 23 cm microwaveable baking dish.
Place fat and plain chocolate in a microwaveable bowl and heat on High for 1 1/2-2 mins until melted, stirring once.
Remove from oven, stir until smooth.
Beat in sugar and eggs.
Sieve and stir in flour, orange rind and salt until well mixed.
Pour into the prepared baking dish.Elevate dish on rack or upturned ramekins and cook on High for 3 mins.
If your oven is too small for the baking dish to rotate, it may be necessary to invert the turntable to stop it turning.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts over and continue to cook for 5-6 mins, until just set, turning the dish halfway through cooking.
It is most important that you do not overbake; the mixture should still look slightly undercooked - it will finish cooking out of the oven.
Allow to cool, then cover and refrigerate.
Place white chocolate in a small bowl and melt on High for 1 min.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cold fudge mixture.
Allow to set before slicing into fifteen bars.
Decorate with orange zest before serving.
