Fudge Mocha Melt
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Eggs||2 Large, lightly beaten|
|Finely chopped pecans||2 Tablespoon|
|Instant coffee granules||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Coffee ice cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except ice cream in a medium bowl, stirring until blended.
Pour into a greased 8" baking dish. (Mixture will be shallow in dish.)
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 25 minutes.
To serve, spoon into dessert dishes.
Top each serving with a scoop of ice cream.
