Chocolate Fudge Frosting
|Baking chocolate square||1 Ounce|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
In 4-cup glass measure or microproof mixing bowl, place chocolate, sugar, milk, butter, and salt.
Cook on HI (max. power) for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until chocolate is melted.
Stir to mix.
Cook on HI (max, power) 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Add vanilla and beat with electric mixer until frosting is almost cool.
Add nuts and beat until spreading consistency.
