No Bake Fudge Rounds

Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dutch process cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Uncooked quick cooking rolled oats 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped pecans/Chopped almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in oats; stir until oats are softened.
2. Add pecans and vanilla. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet; let set. (These unbaked cookies are creamier if made day before and kept in airtight container overnight.)
